How to Use
- Open your project
- Move the playhead to the frame you want
- On menu bar → Frame → Copy Current Frame or usining shortcur Command-Shift-C
- Paste it anywhere with ⌘ + V

Tip
Pick frames with:- Clear focus (use zoom/lightbox if needed)
