Save Current Frame
Save any frame from your recording as an image file on your Mac.How to Use
- Open your project
- Move the playhead to the frame you want
- On menu bar → Frame → Save Current Frame or usining shortcur Command-Shift-S
- Choose a location and save
Output
- Exported as an image file (e.g. PNG)
- Full resolution of your video
When to Use
- Create thumbnails
- Save assets for design or marketing
- Keep a reference snapshot outside the editor
