Save Current Frame
Section titled “Save Current Frame”Save any frame from your recording as an image file on your Mac.
How to Use
Section titled “How to Use”- Open your project
- Move the playhead to the frame you want
- On menu bar → Frame → Save Current Frame or usining shortcur Command-Shift-S
- Choose a location and save
Output
Section titled “Output”- Exported as an image file (e.g. PNG)
- Full resolution of your video
When to Use
Section titled “When to Use”- Create thumbnails
- Save assets for design or marketing
- Keep a reference snapshot outside the editor
Don’t just save random frames - pick moments that are sharp, centered, and intentional.
